The HAPPY RAJAH was created by veteran restaurateur Rajen Seeneevassen, founder, over a thirty-year career, of some of the most renowned restaurants and night-clubs on the island: the Lagoona, Nirvana, Secrets.

He is assisted at the HAPPY RAJAH by Chef Ravendra Singh, career Indian cuisine specialist from Mumbai and Manager Cheriza Seeneevassen, Hospitality Management professional.

The restaurants carte featuring over sixty dishes from starters to desserts offers a range of culinary delights. Though specializing in the cuisine of the Moghul emperors, whose chefs took Indian cooking to the heights of gourmet cuisine three centuries ago, with their expert blend of cream, yoghurt and delicate spices, the HAPPY RAJAH also features regional fare such as Goanese sea food delicacies and Chennai spicy vindaloos from the South.
Indian food connoisseurs will delight in the comprehensive menu and the uninitiated will be expertly guided by the manager to discover one of the great cuisines of the world.
